Wood & Brass Band comprises of sixty musically talented youths, who dedicate their free time to development of their passion for music.

The group was established in 2005 and has been actively involved in the local cultural life. Through concerts in the neighbouring cities and all over the country, it has actively promoted the city of Goleniow and West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Moreover, it represented Poland while visiting and performing in countries such as Brazil, Serbia, France, Belgium, Norway, Spain, Denmark, China and Germany.

Since 2013, the band has been enriched by the choreography dance group, that uses colourful flags called ‘Colour Guards’ for their musical interpretations.  

Wood & Brass Band works very well as part of musical choreographies (so called ‘Show’ or ‘Parade Drill’), as well as a part of entertainment concerts, happenings, parades and marches. Additionally, it musically covers the liturgical holidays and national celebrations throughout the year.
